Witch Hunt

I think that this is kinda of like a witch hunt, and I think that the black man in this story is like being hunted down because whenever he walks around town, he is stopped by a different police officer each time. The percent of people that were stopped last year by the police that were Black or Latino was 84%. Even though these people are accused of being witches, they are accused of being someone else that it kinda of like being a witch. I agree with the author of this article because I think that the police in this story were abusing their power and racially profiling the Black and Latino races.
