Why is the N.Y.P.D. After Me?

This article shocked me. It is disturbing that a young man has to worry about being stopped by the police because of suspicion. It is unjust and an abuse of power to do such things and just get away with it. Many of the things that these officers did were not authorized and were done strictly out of profile. Some may say it is bad luck but this witch craft probably still goes on and always will. It us unfortunate that this happens and I hope to see it stop very soon. It is alright to stop him and ask him a few questions but to put on the ground and frisked is unnecessary. Who knows if he just was a suspicious looking teenager but either way the actions that took place were uncalled for.
