The House Of Usher
The house was very old and seemed to be falling apart. The house also seemed very desolate with very acute dangers. The family was very rich but could not follow on with the legacy because they do not get married. The narrator and the Usher spend their time painting and talking about their descent past. Usher's sister later then dies in her sleep which then they put her to rest in a tomb. After all this happens the house later falls apart. My favorite quote was " I saw the mighty walls rushing asunder-there was a long tumultuous voice like a thousand words". This is my favorite quote because it describes a lot about the narrator and the house aw the mighty walls rushing asunder-there was a long tumultuous shouting sound like the voice of a thousand waters-and the deep and dank tarn at my feet closed sullenly and silently over the fragments of the "House of Usher."
