the tell tale heart

I thought this story was very entertaining and was also filled with a lot of action. It was a good tale because it had a great plot and gave lots of detail. the story was very intense because the way the narrator explained what he was hearing such as the heart beat was getting louder and louder. Edgar Allan Poe is a great author and relates to more of a vampire story. It reminds me of an old vampire movie where the vampire comes back from the dead and causes terror. A good quote is "It was open-wide, wide-open, and I grew furious as I gazed upon it."
