I think the fact that this man was stopped more that three times is ridiculous. It is not right for police to frisk and cuff a guy if he didn't do anything. But, the thing is, he does not mention who he was hanging out with and what time it was during the day. It could have been past curfew and he looked suspicious. Or he could have been with troublemakers. Also, he may have smoked the marijuana in his house before they searched. These are just some scenarios he could have been in. I am not saying he did all of this but you never know how people act behind the scenes.
